- Free offer: Eligible organizations may deploy up to 10 FindIT Scout licenses at no charge for six (6) months from the date the licenses are activated.
- No commitment: The free offer does not require a purchase, credit card, or automatic subscription. Your free licenses will not automatically convert to paid licenses when the six-month period ends.
- After the free period: Organizations that wish to continue using FindIT after the free period may purchase Scout licenses at $5 per month, per Scout license. Continued use after the free period requires an affirmative purchase or subscription.
- License limitations: Complimentary licenses are limited to 10 Scout installations per organization and may not be resold, transferred, or sublicensed. FindIT may limit or decline free trial requests at its discretion, including where an organization has previously participated in the offer.
- Trial termination: FindIT may suspend or terminate complimentary access for misuse, abuse, security concerns, violation of the FindIT Terms of Service, or other material violation of the program terms.
- Product availability: FindIT is an actively developed service. Features, functionality, and availability may change during the free period. The free offer does not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
- No warranty: Complimentary FindIT access is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Standard terms: Use of FindIT is subject to the FindIT Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Offer changes: FindIT may modify or discontinue the free offer for future participants at any time. Changes will not retroactively reduce an already-approved participant's six-month free period.
