The mobile app securely accesses the same device data from FindIT Basecamp, keeping recovery teams connected to the latest endpoint status.
Teams can flex between desk-based operations and in-field response without losing recovery context.

Review device status and last seen time stamp.
Guide on-site searches with Bluetooth-assisted proximity guidance that shows the approximate distance between the mobile device and the target endpoint.
